Each notice must be approved before it is released. We wish to allow you to share your experience following your stay by respecting some rules described in this policy. It is possible that a member of the Chalets Lanaudière team will contact you for more details on the notice drafted for the purpose of understanding, but also in order to improve customer service and / or client experience.
General
- The maximum deadline for submitting an assessment is 12 months after the end of the stay.
- Tenants cannot submit an evaluation with the aim of blackmailing or threatening Chalets Lanaudière in order to obtain money or other benefits.
- Renters cannot submit a review in the context of an unresolved dispute and/or security deposit refund issue.
- In the event of legal actions between a tenant and Chalets Lanaudière, we may withdraw an assessment following receipt of a court order or judgment.
- The tenant must have stayed in the chalet and be the person responsible for the rental. Content submitted must be truthful and supported by facts.

- The tenant must provide the correct date of his stay.
- The tenant must provide his real name and surname. Only the first name will be published on chaletslanaudiere.ca
- The tenant must provide a valid email address. The email address will not be published on chaletslanaudiere.ca.
- The tenant can only submit one assessment per stay.
Chalets Lanaudière does not authorize the following content
- Advertising or other commercial content, logos, links or company names.
- Spam, unwanted contact, or content disseminated repeatedly or which may disturb.
- Content that endorses or encourages illegal or harmful activity, or that is sexual, violent, shocking, threatening or defamatory in nature.
- Identity, account or organization theft attempts, including Chalets Lanaudière.
- Illegal content that violates the rights of a third party or entity, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
- Content containing personal or confidential information of another person, including content sufficiently explicit to identify a person's address.
- Offensive comments, insults or personal attacks.
- Blasphemy, vulgarity, etc.
- Discriminatory content (eg religion, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, etc.).
- Content of another assessment.
- Content based on speculations, guesses or rumors (eg: "The employee we met seemed to want to tell us that ...").
- Content in a language other than French or English.
- Text, word or phrase in capital letters.
- HTML tags, URLs, links and references to other websites.
